Job Description

As part of our ambition to invest in growth opportunities, we are excited to announce the newly created position of Hospital Network Executive. There will be three Hospital Network Executives forming a unit prioritizing MOPH and Community Hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Successfully complete all training requirements, including product examinations.
  • Build rapport with key authorized HCPs and PTC in dialogue about approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients.
  • Develop hospital listing plan and execute for the assigned territory, MOPH and community accounts according to the defined strategy.
  • Drive and ensure hospital listing by working collaboration with sales team and cross functional team to meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.
  • Lead micro-sales-marketing or regional activities to support hospital listing; manage assigned activities budget.
  • Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets information relative to assigned sales territory.
  • Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or the medical science field.
  • 2-5 years of experience as a Medical Representative or related experience in Respiratory or Internal Medicine will be an advantage.
  • Strong experience in up-country will be an advantage.
  • Highly responsible, service-minded, and can work well under pressure and in dynamic situations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation,and work collaboration skills.
  • Good in English, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Computer/iPad literacy.
